MSC does not require guests to obtain medical clearance certificate before going on an MSC Cruises. Guests with any pre-existing medical conditions however need to notify MSC Cruises immediately after making their booking.
Guests taking medication with them onboard are advised to ensure that the labelling is clear. This is to ensure that in the event of the guest being incapacitated MSC’s staff can assist. There is no need to fill out any forms when you are boarding with medication.
If you need specific equipment - it is recommended to ask us at hupla if you need to fill in a special needs form. The special needs form allow the ship to be aware that the passenger need medical assistance.
