Anything I need to know for cruise embarkation with children?

The embarkation queue can be long, so warn them and take snacks & entertainment.

If you are travelling with children, prepare them for a potentially long queue. Most of the terminals will have a priority line for the elderly and small children. If not, ask a ground crew member to help you jump the queue. 

Consider bringing entertainment and snacks to keep your little one busy. Bear in mind that the snacks have to be in the original packaging otherwise they might be confiscated by security.
