MSC Seashore, the first Seaside Evo class ship will launch in just six months, in August.
The ship will start with an inaugural season from August to November in the Mediterranean and will head to Miami in November 2021 to sail the Caribbean Sea.
MSC Seashore is introducing a number of new features and is designed around the theme of bringing the guest closer to the sea. Taking this into account, MSC Cruises has increased the public spaces and outdoor areas.
To the delight of the MSC Yacht Club guests, the ship will also have a more generous outdoors area and new luxurious suites for passengers.
Pierfrancesco Vago, Executive Chairman of MSC Cruises commented: “With each new ship we build, MSC Cruises continues to innovate and push design boundaries. MSC Seashore represents an evolution of the Seaside class as an extended and further enriched ship. 65% of the public areas have been reimagined to create something truly unique for their guests. The new aft design has allowed them to introduce a brand-new lounge, Cabaret Rouge, spanning two decks with panoramic views of the sea, offering new entertainment experiences.
The specialty restaurant experience has been completely redesigned with the Chef’s Court on deck 8, making this a go-to destination for bars and restaurants. Each of the pools have been enhanced including an impressive double-deck extended magrodome pool and an incredible infinity pool at the aft.”
The MSC Seashore will become the longest MSC Cruises ship and is the largest build by the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy.
The Mediterranean themed ship includes a glass-floored Bridge of Sighs on deck 16 – 22 metres (72ft) above the infinity pool on deck 8.
“The pool experience on MSC Seashore has been taken to a whole new level with enhancements and new features for all six pools offering everything from thrills and adventure for younger guests through to stylish poolside relaxation for those looking to unwind on board.” says the cruise line.
MSC Cruises states “As part of the vision to enable guests to enjoy the outdoors and bring them closer to the sea, the ship offers a wide array of outdoor bar and cafe areas, with some new brand-new areas.”
MSC Seashore will enter into service in August 2021 and will spend her inaugural season in the Mediterranean, calling on Genoa, Naples, Messina and Valletta, as well as Barcelona and Marseille.
In October 2021 the ship will leave Europe to relocate to her home port in Miami. From there she will be sailing the Eastern and Western Caribbean.
